At EY they are interested in what kind of person you are and the things you’re naturally good at. That’s why they select graduates on their strengths and future potential, not just past performance. You have to demonstrate what you’ve got and how far you want to take your career. By assessing your individual strengths, EY can assess your future potential to succeed at EY.
STEP 1: Submit Online Application Form
Once you’ve registered for your first choice vacancy, you’ll have to fill in your personal details and grades. EY doesn’t screen out your application on your academic grades; as the final decision takes into account how you do in other aspects of the selection process.
