STEP 5: Deloitte Final Stage Assessment / Live Interview

This is the final stage of the application process. It consists of a partner interview and presentation which should be prepared in advance. So, part of the interview is a presentation and for some service lines, a group exercise may be involved. You should get your topic of presentation 7 days before the interview. For some roles, there is an assessment centre, consisting of numerical tests, group exercise and case study. When you get the invitation for your interview, you will get to know do you have an assessment centre or not (usually there is one for actuarial and consultancy roles).
