Deloitte Graduate Application Process
1. DELOITTE APPLICATION – around 35,000 graduates apply for Deloitte graduate jobs. After the initial screening, those who satisfy job requirements (app. 67%) are invited to complete the Immersive Online Assessment.
2. DELOITTE IMMERSIVE ONLINE ASSESSMENT – around 22,000 graduates are invited to complete this stage, which is 67% of a total number of applicants, and 45% of them are successful (which is 29% of total applicants).
3. DELOITTE ONLINE JOB SIMULATION – app. 10,000 are invited to complete this stage, which is 29% of a total number of applicants, and only a third of them are successful (which is 10% of total applicants).
4. DELOITTE PARTNER INTERVIEW – app. 3,500 applicants are invited for the final stage interview.
5. Job Offer – 900 applicants get the offer after the partner interview which is 3% of the total number of applicants.

STEP 1: Deloitte Online Application Form
You will be asked to enter your personal details and your educational achievements, including your grades. There are no motivational questions. CV upload is optional in Deloitte Application Form.

STEP 2: Deloitte Immersive Online Assessment
Deloitte Immersive Online Assessment includes 26 questions, out of which approximately half are numerical. You will be presented with a series of graphs/charts which outline a number of situations – combination of numerical and verbal reasoning skills. There is also a part of situational judgment questions. There are five potential responses to each situation and you will be asked to rank these in order of preference, the way you are most likely to respond would be first. You should be familiar with Deloitte core competencies. Also, candidates mostly find the numerical part as a difficult one.

STEP 3: Deloitte Service Line Questionnaire
In Deloitte’s Service Line Questionnaire you have to identify which service line you would like to join if you are successful during the final stage. Financial Advisory and Real Estate roles do not have to fill in the questionnaire and they progress immediately to the next stage. You should get familiar about all roles available within your service line. Candidates usually perceive this as an ‘easy’ task. However, they are not aware that this selection can determine their future career.

STEP 4: Deloitte Online Job Simulation
Deloitte’s Online Job Simulation is actually a video interview that consists of a range of competency-based questions and case study adjusted to a role that you are applying for, followed by 10 questions related to the case study. Questions are mainly numerical with some verbal and logical reasoning in between. There is also an essay question.

STEP 5: Deloitte Final Stage Assessment / Live Interview
This is the final stage of the application process. It consists of a partner interview and presentation which should be prepared in advance. So, part of the interview is a presentation and for some service lines, a group exercise may be involved. You should get your topic of presentation 7 days before the interview. For some roles, there is an assessment centre, consisting of numerical tests, group exercise and case study. When you get the invitation for your interview, you will get to know do you have an assessment centre or not (usually there is one for Actuarial and Consultancy roles).
